Partnerships

Three shapes, one contact.

We work with pharma collaborators in three ways. Each one has a different purpose, a different timeline, and a different ownership shape. If you are considering a partnership, this page describes each model.

Models

How we partner.

12 months

Target validation

A short, focused collaboration that answers a single question: does a target we have identified matter in human disease. We bring the assay and the molecules; the partner brings the disease biology.

  • Single target, single question
  • 12-month timeline with go / no-go
  • Option to extend into co-development
24–36 months

Program co-development

A shared program from candidate nomination through proof-of-concept. We bring the molecule and early clinical work; the partner brings later-stage development and commercial reach.

  • Shared program governance
  • Cost and revenue split negotiated
  • Option to opt in at Phase 2
Multi-year

Platform licensing

A multi-target license to use our structure-guided discovery platform against a defined target list. The partner runs discovery in their labs; we provide the platform and the know-how.

  • Defined target list
  • Platform transfer and training
  • Milestone and royalty terms
