Platform

A structure-guided discovery platform, measured in months.

Every program in our pipeline starts with a high-resolution structure and a measurable engagement assay. The platform below is the discipline that turns a structure into a candidate in a median of 24 months.

Approach

Structure first, then chemistry.

We do not run discovery campaigns without a structure. The structure tells us where the molecule has to go, the assay tells us whether it got there, and the selectivity panel tells us whether it went only there.

Target

A target enters the platform when we have a structure, a measurable engagement assay, and a human-genetics rationale. Targets without all three wait.

Hit

Fragment screening and computational chemistry produce starting matter. We require a co-crystal structure for every hit before it advances.

Lead

Medicinal chemistry iterates against a written candidate criteria sheet covering potency, selectivity, ADME, and in vivo pharmacology.

Candidate

A candidate is nominated when GLP toxicology, CMC and clinical supply plans are in place. From structure to candidate across our last three programs: 24 months median.

Mechanism library

How each program works, in motion.

Each mechanism of action is shown as a self-contained SVG animation. Pause controls are visible; the animation pauses when scrolled out of view and respects reduced-motion preference.

BPC-101 Sample
Cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6)

BPC-101 binds the ATP pocket of CDK4 and CDK6 with high selectivity over CDK1 and CDK2, halting RB phosphorylation and arresting the cell cycle in G1.

BPC-203 Sample
Cluster of differentiation 19 (CD19)

BPC-203 binds CD19 on the surface of B cells and recruits natural killer cells through its engineered Fc, driving selective depletion of malignant B cells.

BPC-305 Sample
Tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2)

BPC-305 tags TYK2 for proteasomal degradation via a molecular glue, removing the signaling scaffold required for interferon-alpha receptor signal transduction.
