BPC-203 — Relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma

A humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD19 with an engineered Fc region for enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Phase 1 is enrolling patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma.

phase 1 Target: Cluster of differentiation 19 (CD19) Sample data

Investigational candidate. BPC-203 has not been approved by any regulatory authority.

Mechanism of action

How the molecule works.

BPC-203 binds CD19 on the surface of B cells and recruits natural killer cells through its engineered Fc, driving selective depletion of malignant B cells.
