Identify the target
We start with a target where human genetics gives us a high prior of relevance. A target only enters the platform when we have a structure, a hypothesis, and a measurable engagement assay.
Clinical-stage biotech
Six programs across oncology and immunology, two research sites, and a platform built on structure-guided design. Every figure on this page is computed from the same data our scientists edit.
Pipeline
Programs from discovery through Phase 2 across oncology and immunology. Filter the full table by therapy area and modality on the pipeline page.

How we work
We start with a target where human genetics gives us a high prior of relevance. A target only enters the platform when we have a structure, a hypothesis, and a measurable engagement assay.
Structure-guided fragment screening and computational chemistry produce starting matter. We require every hit to have a co-crystal structure before it advances.
Medicinal chemistry iterates against selectivity, ADME and in vivo pharmacology. The lead stage ends when a molecule meets a written candidate criteria sheet.
A candidate is nominated when GLP toxicology, CMC and clinical supply plans are in place. From structure to candidate across our last three programs: 24 months median.
In the clinic
HR-positive / HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer
An orally available CDK4/6 inhibitor designed for once-daily dosing. The Phase 2 program is enrolling patients who have progressed on a prior CDK4/6 inhibitor plus endocrine therapy.
Read program briefRelapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma
A humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD19 with an engineered Fc region for enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Phase 1 is enrolling patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma.
Read program briefSystemic lupus erythematosus
A selective TYK2 degrader designed to silence interferon-alpha signaling in autoimmune disease. Preclinical development is ongoing with IND-enabling studies planned.

How our discovery platform turns a crystal structure into a development candidate in 24 months, and what those steps look like today.
The BPC-101 Phase 2 program is now enrolling patients with HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer after prior CDK4/6 inhibition.
Three partnership models we use with pharma collaborators, and what each one is good for.
Target validation, program co-development, and platform licensing — three shapes, one contact.
