BPC-305 — Systemic lupus erythematosus
A selective TYK2 degrader designed to silence interferon-alpha signaling in autoimmune disease. Preclinical development is ongoing with IND-enabling studies planned.
Investigational candidate. BPC-305 has not been approved by any regulatory authority.
Mechanism of action
How the molecule works.
BPC-305 tags TYK2 for proteasomal degradation via a molecular glue, removing the signaling scaffold required for interferon-alpha receptor signal transduction.
