Partnerships at our company come in three shapes: target validation, program co-development, and platform licensing. Each one has a different purpose, a different timeline, and a different ownership shape.

Target validation partnerships are short — typically 12 months — and answer a single question: does a target we have identified matter in human disease. Program co-development partnerships are longer and shared: we bring the molecule and the early clinical work; the partner brings later-stage development and commercial reach. Platform licensing gives a partner the right to use our discovery platform against a defined target list.

If you are considering a partnership, the partnerships page describes each model and the contact route.
